Trying to explain the difference between melting and cooking was probably inconsequential. Soft solids melted. Harder solids cooked. Wet solids steamed.

"If I melted people, there would just be puddles left. And there aren't." He took Axel's soda in hand and concentrated on it until it started to bubble. "Think microwave, dude. So if you want to be accurate, I'm probably still gonna microwave your dad one day. He deserves it."

And maybe whoever Axel sent those pics to. Luke didn't like competition.
